All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

HeelReset is currently available exclusively to customers in the United States. We ship to all 50 states.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at theollamas06@gmail.com and we'll investigate and make it right.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery at theollamas06@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
